(a) whether Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has received several complaints against violation of guidelines issued by TRAI including misleading information by the Private telecom operators;
(b) if so, the nature and number of complaints received during the last three years and the current year; and
(c) the action taken by TRAI against such operators and the measures taken to prevent recurrence of such violations?
