(a) whether the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has started a
legally tenable system of computer generated medico legal certificates online;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the steps being taken to make available such facilities in the other hospitals with proper budgetary allocation?

(a) to (c) All India Institute of Medical Sciences has started a legally tenable system of generating medico legal certificates online through computerization in Jai Prakash Narayan Apex (JPNA) Trauma Centre which has been developed in-house. This is completely online and web-based. This template driven program can be made quickly, accurately and in
a tamper proof fashion. The software is available for installation in any organisation.
