(a) whether flight training can be provided with Cessna-152 aircraft from Ujjain airstrip built by the Government of Madhya Pradesh;
(b) if so, the formalities required for the trainees and its utility; and
(c) the expenditure being incurred thereon?

(a) & (b):- Yes, Sir. Flying Training is being provided
with Cessna-152 aircraft at Ujjain airstrip.
(c):- Since Ujjain Flying Club is a private institution, no
subvention is being provided by the Directorate General of
Civil Aviation.
