(a) whether Union Government has received any proposal from the State Government of
Tamil Nadu for clearance under Coastal Regulation Zone and Forest Conservation Act;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether clearance has been given to these projects;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(f) the time by which these projects are likely to be cleared?

(a) to (e) The details of the proposals received from the State Government of Tamil Nadu for clearances under the Coastal
Regulation Zone Notification, 1991 and the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, with their present status is annexed.
(f) The Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 stipulates a time limit of 60 days for conveying the decision on receipt
of the complete documents.
