(a) to (e): The Department of Agriculture & Cooperation is implementing a variety of schemes, the benefits of which flow to all categories of farmers, including small and marginal farmers, in direct and indirect manner. It has not been possible to quantify/evaluate the impact of the Schemes on small and marginal farmers. Through regular monitoring of implementation of schemes, bottlenecks & lacunae are detected and resolved with appropriate corrective interventions.
