(a) whether the Government proposes to conduct a special drive to identify and nurture the sports talents at the primary school level for children below the age of eight years, if so, the details thereof and the funds allocated for the purpose;
(b) whether any special funds have been earmarked for the purpose and if so, the details thereof; and
(c) whether the Government is considering to include, the subject `sports` in the Concurrent List of the Constitution of India so that special attention could be given for its overall development and growth, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
