(a) whether most of the fourth floor of multi storied flats at Gole Market, Kali Bari and Lodhi Complex areas have been declared dangerous by the CPWD;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the steps taken by the Government to undertake the repair work of these flats; and
(d) the time by which the repair work of these flats is likely to be completed?

(a)&(b): No, Sir. No quarter has been declared dangerous
in multi storied flats in Gole Market and Kali Bari. However,
only 254 out of 2115 type-C flats, which are mostly on top floor in
Lodhi Road Complex have been declared unsafe for living.
(c)&(d): Necessary action to repair these flats has been
initiated and these flats are likely to be repaired by June, 2001.
