(a) whether the Government has issued guidelines for release of funds under MPLAD Scheme for the medical treatment of people
living below poverty line;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) if not, whether the Government proposes to issue guidelines in this regard; and
(d) if so, the time by which the said guidelines are likely to be issued?
