(a) whether the information has since been collected;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether a number of persons and public representative have filled the complaints to Economic Offences Wing/Land Buildings Racket Cell, Crime Branch of Delhi Police;
(d) if so, the details in this regard till date; and
(e) the action taken by the Government against the Builder so far?

(a) to (e): As per information received from the Delhi Police, on complaints received from various persons, Delhi Police has registered three cases of cheating, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy against Durga Builders. The cases are under investigation of the Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch, Delhi Police. The Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Durga Builders Pvt. Limited viz. Ravinder Kumar Nanda was arrested on 31.1.2001. The bank account of Durga Builders Pvt. Limited has been identified and got freezed. The immovable properties fo this company have been identified for attachment.
