(a) the total number of proposals relating to development of Science and Technology (S&T) received by the Government from various States including Rajasthan during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) the details of proposals out of them granted clearance including the number of proposals lying pending along with the reasons for pendency; and
(c) the corrective steps taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) The Ministry of Science and Technology does not implement any Centrally Sponsored Scheme and do not have any provision for making State/Union Territories (UT) wise targets and allocations of S&T proposals. The Ministry however supports R&D projects to investigators and institutions related to development of science and technology including fundamental research.
