(a) the number of displaced persons provided compensation, jobs and rehabilitated for the land acquired by Coal India Limited (CIL) and its subsidiary companies during each of the last three years and the current year, company-wise;
(b) the funds allocated spent during the above period for displaced persons, company-wise;
(c) whether the Government has received complaints regarding the non-payment of compensation, rehabilitation and not providing jobs to displaced persons;
(d) if so, the details and reason therefor, company-wise and mine-wise; and
(e) the number of such cases pending with CIL till date and the time by which these cases are likely to be disposed off?
