(a): The Government has set annual and quarterly targets for infrastructure projects which will
be reviewed by the Cabinet Committee on Infrastructure.
(b): The targets have been uploaded on the website of the Planning Commission. The State
Governments have set similar targets as part of their respective Annual Plans.
(c) & (d): Yes, Madam. The quarter-wise targets for the monitorable milestones for the Ports,
Railways, Power, Roads and Civil Aviation sectors for the year 2010-11 have been finalised in
consultation with the Ministries concerned. These targets have been put on the website of Planning
Commission. The targets achieved would be updated on the website, on a quarterly basis, after review.
(e): The details of targets and achievements for Crude Oil, Power and Railways for the year
2009-2010 are as under:

(f): The physical progress of all projects is reviewed on a regular basis by the administrative
Ministries concerned. In addition the progress of all major infrastructure projects is monitored by
the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. Planning Commission also reviews the progress
of all major Infrastructure projects on a quarterly basis.
