(a) whether any vocational training centres have been set up in the tribal areas of Bihar;
(b) if so, the location-wise details thereof;
(c) the criteria laid down for setting up of the said centres; and
(d) whether the said criteria is being followed along with the reaction of the Government thereto?

(b): Does not arise in view of (a) above.
(c) & (d): MoTA provides financial assistance to the State Governments under the scheme of Special Central Assistance to Tribal Sub-Scheme (SCA to TSS) and Grants under Article 275(1) of the Constitution based on the proposal received from the State Government with the approval of Executive Committee and after appraisal and approval by the Project Appraisal Committee (PAC) constituted for this purpose in the Ministry.
