(a) whether the Government has received any proposal to start inland water transport service between Haldia, West Bengal to Dibrugarh in Assam;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether there is good feasibility to start the inland water transport service in this sector, if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the Government proposes to start the inland water transport service on this route; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
