(a): Based on the data from Delhi`s Population Based Cancer Registry functioning under the National Cancer Registry Programme of India, there has been an increase in the incidence of lung cancer between 1996-98, among men in Delhi.
(b): During the year 1995 Delhi Cancer Registry registered a total of 138 new lung cancer cases, out of which 110 among men.
