(a) the number of Jan Shikshan Sansthans (JSSs) opened in
the country during the last three years, location and State-
wise;
(b) the funds allocated, sanctioned and utilized by the said
Sansthans during the said period, State-wise;
(c) the number of complaints received against the JSSs in
regard to non-utilisation of funds, State-wise; and
(d) the action taken by the Government in this regard?

during the last three years, location and State-wise is
enclosed as Annexure.I.
(b) The information is enclosed as Annexure.II.
(c) & (d): In case of non-utilisation of funds in a
particular financial year, the same are deducted from the
eligible grant for the next year.
