(a) to (c) NBCC has informed that as on 10.11.2019, approximately
Rs. 1,668 crore (excluding Arbitration cases) is pending for payment towards vendors. Vendor-wise details are available at web address
https://www.nbccindia.com/pdfData/Vendor/Appendix_I_and%20__II.pdf.This pendency is mainly attributable to delay in receipt of funds from clients because of various reasons such as pending approval for deviations, extra items, substitute items, escalation and extension of time from clients, non-submission of documents as per terms and conditions of contract by the contractors etc.
