Question : STAFF FOR RETIRED OFFICERS

(a) whether the Government is aware of a practice whereby serving defence personnel are posted with retired defence officers;

(b) whether the Government has received any other complaints of personnel serving in the Indian Army being posted with retired Army Officers;

(c) if so, the details thereof;

(d) whether any enquiry has been conducted into such complaints; and

(e) if so, the details thereof along with details of the action taken against those found responsible for such practice?

(a) There is no such practice of posting serving defence personnel with retired officers.

(b) to (e): One complaint has been received for which an enquiry has been initiated.
