(a) whether any action has been initiated by the Andaman and Nicobar Administration on the issue of conversion of Non-Occu- pancy Right to Occupancy right of Neil Island Settlers in South Andaman District, Andaman and Nicobar Islands;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the probable date of comp- letion; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c): As per information received from Andaman & Nicobar Administration the issue of conversion of Non-Occupancy Right to Occupancy right of Neil Island Settlers in South Andaman District has been taken up in accordance with Andaman & Nicobar Islands Land Revenue and Land Reforms Regulation, 1966.
