Will the Minister of CULTURE be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government proposes to connect all central libraries in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the total number of libraries in the country, State/UT-wise;
(c) the funds allocated by the Government in this regard during the last three years and the current year;
(d) whether the Government proposes to open new libraries in various State of the country at Panchayat level; and
(e) if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise including Punjab?
