a) The status of operationalization of Health and Wellness Centresunder the National Ayush Mission (NAM) during the last and the current year,State/UT wiseis furnished at Annexure.
(b)& (c) Yes, Sir.AYUSH drugs are regulated under the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Rules 1945. Exclusive regulatory guidelines, quality controlprovisions and good manufacturing practices for Ayurveda, Siddha,Unani and Homeopathic drugs manufacturing units are prescribed in the above Act and Rules. The respective Research Councils under Ministry of Ayush are conducting trials for validation of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homeopathy drugs.
