(a) the schemes proposed to be started under Master Plan of Delhi, 2021 by the Government;
(b) the works that have been initiated as per the Master Plan;
(c) whether the limit of National Capital Region (NCR) is likely to be extended; and
(d) if so, whether there is any provision to include district Hathras, Uttar Pradesh in NCR and if so, the details thereof?

(a)&(b): The Master Plan for Delhi-2021 (MPD-2021) is a statutory document, which provides broad planning and policy framework for planned development of Delhi. Based on this, schemes and projects, relating to housing, physical and social infrastructure etc. are prepared and implemented by various agencies such as Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), urban local bodies etc.
(c)&(d): There is no proposal at present with the Ministry of Urban Development for extension of National Capital Region.
