Question : Black Listed Pharmaceutical Companies

Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:

(a) whether the black listed pharmaceutical companies have resurfaced in the market by changing their names in connivance with several corrupt officials;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government has conducted any inquiry regarding the said illegal activity; and

(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
