Question : TAX EVASION BY MNCs.

(a) whether some multinational companies have evaded tax with the active connivance of tax officials in the Ministry during the last year;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) the steps taken/proposed to be taken to recrover the said amount as also to punish the guilty?
