(a) whether the Railways propose to close down several railway pending projects on pretext of non-viable projects;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State/Zone-wise including Tamil Nadu;
(c) whether the Railways had taken confidence into the local public representatives before closing such pending projects; if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether any review meeting had been conducted with all stakeholders of all Railway Zonal Managers/Divisional Railway Manager across the country; if so, the details thereof; and
(e) the corrective steps taken by the Railways in this regard?
