Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) the details of States/UTs in the country that have established State Surveillance Units under Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP);
(b) the details of districts in the country that have District Surveillance Units (DSU’s);
(c) the details of more units that are to be constructed along with their place of construction; and
(d) if there is delay for the same thereof?

(a): State Surveillance Unit (SSU) under Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP) have been established in all 36 States/UTs.
(b): District Surveillance Units (DSUs) have been established in all 675 districts that have existing NHM units.
( c) & (d): No construction is done for District Surveillance Units as most of the DSUs are co-located with District NHM units.
