(a) whether the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) proposes to implement the single-vendor
contract system in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the name of companies selected by BSNL for such
system;
(c) whether single-vendor contract system will lessen the competition and enable the company
to provide its services at arbitrary rates; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
