(a) to (c) There is no such proposal, at present. Owing to operational constraints, introduction of a train between New Delhi and Dibrugarh via Sitamarhi-Raxaul-Darbhanga-Samastipur or diversion of the Rajdhani Express via this route is not feasible, at present.
