(a) whether the Government has any plan to set up a BSNL headquarters in each constituency of the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the time by which the said headquarters is likely to be established in Balurghat constituency?

(a) to (d) At present, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) does not have any plan to set up headquarters in each constituency of the country as BSNL has deployed its manpower as per its functional and operational requirement.
