(a) whether the Armed Forces have been grappling with instances of fragging and suicide cases over the years;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether inspite of the measures taken by the Government in this regard, the toll continues to mount alarmingly; and
(d) if so, the steps proposed to be taken by the Government to prevent such cases?
