(a) whether the Government has any plans to set up new anti-trust laws in order to prevent monopolization and/or cartelization in the telecom sector and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether private telecom giants are scrutinised by the Government for anti-trust activities and predatory marketing practices and if so, the details and the findings thereof; and
(c) the investigating authority involved in the said scrutiny of the telecom giants?
