b) the action taken by the Government thereon; and
c) the steps taken by the Government on non-disbursement of scholarship amount of Rs. 46 thousand to the handicapped students?

(a) & (b): Under the Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Students with Disabilities in the State of Bihar, scholarships released till date are as under :

There is no scholarship proposal pending from the State of Bihar for payment under Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme.
For increasing popularity of Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme, the Government has taken the following steps :
i. Given advertisements in leading newspapers all over the country.
ii. Nodal officer has been appointed in the concerned Department of the Govt. of Bihar for facilitation and coordination relating to Scholarship Scheme for Students with Disabilities.
(c) No scholarship amount of Rs. 46 thousand is pending for disbursement in the State of Bihar.
