(a) whether Central Universities are not following reservation policy in the appointment of
Lecturer posts;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the reasons therefore;and
(c) the action taken by the Government against such Central Universities which are not following
the reservation policy in the letter and spirit?

(a): No, Sir. Except Aligarh Muslim University, which has been declared as a minority institution
by the Central Government, all Central Universities are following reservation policy in the matter
of appointment to the posts of Lecturer.
