(a) whether the Government propose to set up a database booth at Central and State
levels for information and formalities regarding adoption of children ;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which such the database-booths are likely to be set up?

(a) No Sir. However, a database of adoption of children through the Adoption
Agencies recognised by the Government of India in various states is maintained at
the Central Adoption Resource Agency, working under the Ministry of Social
Justice & Empowerment.
