(a) the details of the persons trained in Uttar Pradesh under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) during the last three years, district wise;
(b) the details of the funds allocated to Uttar Pradesh for the Yojana, district wise;
(c) whether the government has formulated any scheme for the people belonging to
other Backward Classes trained under the Yojana; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
(a) The district-wise number of candidates trained / oriented under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in the State of Uttar Pradesh during last three year i.e. 2018-21 is given at Annexure.
(b) Under Centrally Sponsored State Managed (CSSM) component of PMKVY 2.0 and 3.0, there is a provision of State/UT-wise allocation of funds. Under PMKVY 2.0 and 3.0, the approved financial allocation for State of Uttar Pradesh is Rs. 156.78 Cr. and Rs. 27.91 Cr., respectively. Out of allocated funds, Rs. 106.84 Cr. and Rs. 8.37 Cr. have been released under PMKVY 2.0 and 3.0, respectively, for the implementation of the scheme covering all districts of the State.
(c) and (d) PMKVY scheme is for all section of the society including candidates belonging to other Backward Classes. There is no separate scheme for the people belonging to other Backward Classes.
