Question : Vacant Posts in National Institute of Siddha

Will the Minister of AYURVEDA, YOGA AND NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) be pleased to state:

(a) whether the posts of Director and Medical Superintendent in the National Institute/college of Siddha at Tambaram in Tamil Nadu are lying vacant, if so, the details thereof; and

(b) the steps taken by the Government to fill those vacancies?

(a): The post of Director, National Institute of Siddha is filled up. There is no post of Medical Superintendent in the National Institute of Siddha.
