(a) whether the Government has made any provision for the existing private FM Broadcasters to migrate to next phase of auction of FM radios;
(b) If so, the details thereof;
(c) the details of terms and conditions fixed for such migration; and
(d) the details of FM channels so far shown their intention for migration, channel-wise?

(a) to (c) : Yes Madam. Government vide order dated 21.01.2015 has amended para 31 of FM Phase-III policy guidelines dated 25.07.2011, in order to provide option to existing private FM operators of FM Phase-II to migrate to FM Phase-III. The details of terms and conditions fixed for migration to phase-III as notified vide order dated 21-01-2015 is at Annexure-I.
(d) : Details of FM operators who have shown their intention for migration to FM Phase-III, channel-wise is given at Annexure-II.
