(a) the number of films preaching educative values to children produced in the country during the last two years;
(b) the number of feature films produced during the same period; and
(c) the steps taken by the Government to promote and enhance the number of production of such films?

(a) & (b) Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has produced a total of 19 films preaching educative values to children during the last two years. Amongst these 19 films, there is one feature film produced during the same period.
(c) Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has three dedicated schemes for promotion and production of Children’s Films. These schemes are ‘Production of Children’s Films’, ‘Exhibition of Children’s Films in Schools’ and ‘Organization of National / International Children’s Film Festival’. These schemes are implemented by the funding provided by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in the form of Grant-in-Aid to Children’s Film Society, India.
