(a) whether the Government has conducted any enquiry into the security lapses that led to damage of Amir Khusru’s Dargah at Delhi;
(b) if so, the findings thereof;
(c) the action taken thereon;
(d) whether the Government has any plan to prevent the recurrence of such type of incidents; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the initiative taken by the Government in this regard?

(a)to(e) An enquiry into the incident at Amir Khusru’s Dargah at Delhi was conducted by the Delhi Circle of the Archaeological Survey of India. The enquiry has revealed that the damage was caused in the morning hours when other devotees and priests were offering prayers by a pilgrim who was not mentally sound. The enquiry has not revealed any security lapse.
