(a) whether the Government have any perspective plan for the Scientific Research & Development in Tripura by utilizing the available resources of the state;

(a) to (d) No, Sir. The preparation of perspective plans for Research and Development is the function of the state governments concerned and they can avail of such assistance for this purpose from the Government of India as is available under its various schemes.
