(a) the total number of passengers carried by public and private airlines during the last three years and the current year, airline and year-wise;
(b) whether the Government has directed all airports and airlines operators to augment facilities being given to air passengers; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a); Total number of domestic and international passengers carried by Air India and other domestic scheduled private airlines for the year 2011,2012, .2013 and 2014 (up to October ) are given at Annexure- 1.
(b) and (c) Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued Air Transport Circular 01 of 2014 on ` Facilities/ Courtesies to esteemed traveling public at airports` for compliance of all stakeholders.
