(a): Yes, Madam.
(b): As per the information received from Central Public Works Department(CPWD) and Delhi Development Authority (DDA) a total number of 71 and 48 cases have been registered against the officials of CPWD and DDA respectively by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Anti-Corruption Bureau of Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi and Delhi Police during the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 so far on allegations relating to bribery, misuse of official position, irregular award of tenders, sub-standard work, showing favour to contractor and encroachment of DDA land. Necessary action to investigate the complaints has been taken by the respective investigating agencies as per laid down procedure. Disciplinary/criminal proceedings as per law have also been launched, wherever required. While the cases of DDA pertain to Delhi, the state wise details of cases pertaining to the CPWD are as under:

(c): As per the information provided by CPWD and DDA there is no such officer working in sensitive posts against whom disciplinary/criminal proceedings have not been initiated.
