(a) whether the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was removed from Subhash Gram, Diglipur by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration;
(b) if so, the reasons for removal of the statue from the installed area;
(c) if so, whether the Administration has any proposal to install the statue at the same location; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. The statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was installed at Dolphin Chawk, Diglipur by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Statue Installation Committee on 27.09.2014 on Government revenue land, in violation of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No.8519 of 2006 dated 18.1.2013 in the matter of Union of India-vs-State of Gujarat & ors.
(c) to (d): No, Madam. There is no proposal to install the statue at the same place in view of the reply given at (a) & (b) above.
