(a) whether the Railways has taken cognizance of the late running and cancellation of trains due to fog;
(b) if so, the steps taken by the Railways to deal with this problem;
(c) whether the Railways has started installing anti-fog devices in some trains and if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the Railways has decided to install GPS enabled anti-fog devices in trains in some parts of the country; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
