(a) whether the Government has made an assessment about the operational performance of
solar power plants based on different Photovoltaic (PV) technologies (e.g. thin film, polycrystalline,
monocrystalline etc.) under Indian condition;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the performance of these technologies in Indian conditions vis-Ã -vis in other parts of the world
having similar hot and humid conditions;
(d) whether the performance of these technologies have been affected in Indian conditions; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor?
