(a) whether tubewell based lift irrigation scheme has been approved by the Union Government for the rice producing areas in the country particularly in Madhya Pradesh;

(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the salient features of the scheme;

(c) the amount released by the Union Government for the Centrally Sponsored Scheme under Integrated Cereals Development Programme (Rice) during the last two years and for current year;

(d) whether the Government of Madhya Pradesh has submitted a proposal to the Union Government for release of amount of Central contribution under this scheme; and

(e) if so, the decision of the Union Government thereon?
