(a) whether it is a fact that the Northern Railway had given ` 11.25 crore to the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) in 2002-2004 for relocation of 12000 odd jhuggies from the safety zone along the railway tracks in Delhi;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the total number of jhuggies which have been removed from the Railways land by DUSIB till date?

(a) to (c): Northern Railway had given an amount of ` 11.25 Crore to JJ and Slum department of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (now incorporated as Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board) in 2003-05, for relocation of 4410 jhuggies located in 12 clusters in Safety Zone and one cluster in Non-Safety Zone. 257 jhuggies have been removed from Safety Zone.
