(a) the names of schemes and the amount of funds allocated to these schemes by the Government since 2004 to till date;
(b) whether the said funds have been utilized in the fixed time limit;
(c) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether the government has fixed any accountability in this regard; and
(e) if so, the datails in this regard:

(a): The Government is implementing various schemes for the promotion and development of the Textiles Sector. The names of schemes and amount of funds in the form of Budget Estimates (BE) & Revised Estimates (RE) allocated to various schemes by the Government since 2004 till date is provided at Annexure I.
(b) to (e): Utilization of funds in terms of Actual Expenditure has also been provided at Annexure-I. As a normal practice, utilization of funds under various schemes is monitored by senior officers on a regular basis and advisories are issued to concerned officers for taking measures for utilizing the entire funds under the schemes/ programmes.
