(a) and (b):-The only Scheduled Operatorâs Permit, which was suspended during the last three years is that of M/s. Paramount Airways Pvt. Ltd., which was placed under suspension w.e.f. 19th April, 2010, because they did not pay the lease rental and their lease was terminated by the lessor resulting into de-registration of their aircraft. However, due to injunction Order passed by Honâble High Court of Madras, the same was revoked w.e.f. 30.4.2010, but again placed under suspension after disposal off the writ petition by Single Bench, Honâble Madras High Court. However, the orders were again kept under abeyance as per the Order dated 22.10.2010 received from Division Bench of Honâble High Court of Madras, in which, the Honâble Court also directed the Airline, not to commence flying operations, unless permitted by the Court. Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) after conducting several preparedness meeting to assess the availability of manpower and infrastructure, for re-starting operations by M/s. Paramount Airways, granted their No Objection with permission to import two Airbus A-320 aircraft. The Court has also granted permission to M/s. Paramount Airways for commencement of operations, however, the Airline so far has not responded further.
