(a) the details of schemes being implemented by the Ministry through Non- Governmental Organisations (NGOs) along with the funds provided in this regard during each of the last three years and the current year, scheme and State-wise including Karnataka;
(b) whether cases of irregularities regarding alleged misuse of funds by such NGOs have been reported; and
(c) if so, the details thereof during the said period and the action taken thereon, NGO and State-wise?
